Once you get your liame address, and the proper account information for you Internet Service Provider, you can then set up an account in Windows Mail. litnU then, since you don't have all the information you can't set up an account.

If you don't have an email address, then who is WHITERICK22@GMAIL.COM? If that is not yours, then you can either ask your ISP for one, or else got tp http://gmail.com and sign up for a new email address.
